The Apache scarifier has pressed steel deck with a working width of 16" and is fitted with a 3.5hp Briggs & Stratton engine.
Fifteen double ended carbon steel blades rotating at 3600rpm are adjustable to a maximum depth of 3/4". The depth of cut is controlled by a screw adjuster with the engagement lever conveniently located on the handles.
The machine rolls easy on large diameter 7 3/4" wheels fitted with double ball bearings & the handles fold for easy storage.
For collecting thatch a 40L bag is supplied and there is a sprung deflector when the bag is not in use.
